Description of key information

The acute toxicity of the test substance on Daphnia magna was evaluated in a static test over a period of 48 hours (Hüls AG 1993) acccording to EU method C.2. Seven concentrations ranging from 39.5 to 316.0 mg/L (nominal) were tested. The stock solution (1 g/L) was stirred for 18 hours and filtrated. The EC50 (48 h) was determined as 64 mg/L (95% CL: 48.7 - 84.1%)
