The data from the SIEF does not warrant a H311, however the stricter classification will be adhered.
In addition, STOT SE Cat 1, H 370 was added since human case studies indicate that ingestion may cause severe damage to skeletal and cardiac (striated) muscles and secondary kidney damage.
No proposal for review of the harmonized classification and labelling for the substance will be submitted to a Member State Competent Authority.
