Description of key information

There was no evidence to suggest that the test substance exerted a primary effect on the nervous system when male and female rats were administered the test substance for 90 days at doses of 4, 8, and 16 mg/kg.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No evidence of neurotoxicity was observed in a 90-day study. The substance does not need to be classified for neurotoxicity according the EU Directive 67/548/EEC and EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
