With the measured values, the median concentration during the assay was determined. A calibration curve was constructed with these values so that concentration values for the probit analysis were interpolated using the maximum likelihood solution. With these interpolated values, median EC50 values have been calculated. Confidence intervals were calculated using the equation from Finney and Weber.
