Details on results:
1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene was found in 2/12 soil samples (both from  below stone pines) and 0/3 plant samples.  Concentrations were 0.8% and  1.1% of the total chromatographic area. Information is insufficient for  calculation of mg/kg soil.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The analysis of samples from 12 soils obtained from mediterranean forests in Spain reveal the presence of Tetrahydonaphthalene at levels betwen 0.8 and 1.1% of the cromatographic area.
Executive summary:

The analysis of free lipids in12 soils from three representative Mediterranean forest has been carried out. Up to 60 major cyclic compounds were identified including naphthalens and decalins.

Tetrahydronaphthalene was found at levels betwen 0.8 and 1.1% of the total chromatographic area. Information is insufficient for  calculation of mg/kg soil.
