Description of key information

The EPI Suite has estimated that tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol is expected to be found predominantly in soil and its persistence estimate is based on its availability in this medium. Half-life of tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol in soil was estimated to be 1800 hrs. which exceeds the EPA criteria of >= 2 months (and <= 6 months).
